This is the second time in 10 years I have ordered from Shelf Genie. When we moved into this house in 2012 I had Shelf Genie come out and install pullouts in my kitchen and the pantry. Well 13 years later those are all still great and Justin bless his heart came out on New Year's Day and installed pullouts in our laundry room, under the kitchen sink and pull outs in all three of our bathrooms. This started me purging which is always good to do and I now have well organized cabinets but the bestest part is I can now get to everything in the back parts of my counter cabinets and not have to get on my hands and knees.

A million "Thank You's " to Justin (from Spanaway) who did such a brilliant job of installing 10 pullouts on a National Holiday. I want to thank his family as well because he gave up a day with them to install my pullouts. They were also installed three weeks early

Everyone was very nice, friendly and informative. The shelves are wonderful. Much easier to get to the items and the shelves hold much more than I expected. Now I don't have to bend down so much and can easily get to what is on the entire shelves. The pull-out shelves are strong and sturdy

These rollout shelves are the best. My whole pantry is neat and organized and the rollout sled draw for my husband's cereal boxes and my cutting boards and cookie sheets is great. Before they were installed I had bags of stuff all over the new house waiting for the shelves. The big mess of bags fit into all the shelves perfectly and I am no longer tripping over all the bags and hunting for food items I needed. I had these shelves in a previous home and they are one of the first items I ordered for this house. If I ever move again I will order them also(much earlier next time).

I was pleased with the efficiency of Shelf Genie's representatives. The sales agent was highly knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations for re-configuring the cupboards both to improve access to cooking equipment and to make more efficient use of the space. The company's carpenter confirmed dimensions and ordered the sliding shelves which arrived in 6-8 weeks as promised. Installation took only 6 hours or so, after which the kitchen was left clean, and the shelves were well-installed. The quality of the shelves' materials and construction is excellent. Altogether, it was a pleasure to deal with Shelf Genie's representatives, and the quality of their work was exceptional.

I’m very happy with my shelf genie products. The team was great in helping me decide what would work best in my kitchen and the installation process was quick and done professionally.

The products are of high quality but there were a few issues with sizing and installation. Alan was not satisfied and was not about to call the project finished until I was completely happy. The result of his skills and dedication is that I now have cabinet inserts that not only maximize my storage but add real value to my home. Alan is an amazing man with the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship.

They were friendly, helpful, worked with us to fit our budget, and were on time.

The products are wonderful and have made our lives so much easier! The service, especially communication, was excellent. Installation was way faster than I expected. That said, it is extremely expensive (perhaps not for what you get though), I was just lucky to have some extra money at the time.
