Laura and the installer (Mackenzie) were very professional and helpful. ShelfGenie is a great `system`, not cheap but worth the investment. Yes, an investment, as it is a great, functional kitchen feature offering many benefits (like, aesthetics, and easily finding what you are looking for in the pantry).

The drawers I had installed were perfect! I don't have to get down on my hands and knees to see what is in the cabinet. I love the lazy susan too. I highly recommend this company. The construction is excellent and the workmanship is superb.
