No one is perfect, but this was a very good and appreciated process!

Heavy duty, well made, we had a great designer help with the plan and a great installer.
Not cheap but has transformed our kitchen.

Scott is very nice to deal with and is very tidy when it come time to clean up after the install. Hi did a great job on the install and all things work as they should.

Our installer was terrific. Very communicative and professional. We received our rails earlier than expected and it was easy to set up an installation appointment. Glad we replaced the broken rails that were there when we purchased the house. The new `system` is so much better! When/if necessary, we will be coordinating with ShelfGenie again when we are ready to remodel the kitchen.

Monica had good ideas on how to better utilize my kitchen items, like spices in a pullout shelf. I wanted all my cooking and baking containers within easy reach in the kitchen area and I have that now with the new shelves

It took no time at all to adapt to the new convenience provided by the Shelf Genie solutions. In a small kitchen like mine having all the things you need within easy reach is a dream. Aging in place is a real thing and one doesn't need to have daily fights with kitchen accessibility. This was phase two and now it is complete. Couldn't work with better, more efficient staff.

ShelfGenie is wonderful. It has totally transformed the use of my kitchen, and I am enjoying cooking once again. Barbara spent a long time working with me, using her amazing organizational skills to set up the configuration of the drawers. She was very thorough, according to what I use and where it made sense to place things in various drawers. She was also intuitive and suggested lots of new ideas for how I function in the space.
Andrew did a top notch professional job installing everything. He was very easy to work with and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. He also made use of old shelves by cutting them into new shelves for other cabinets.

It is reassurring to know that I can contact ShelfGenie if I have any future questions or needs. I'm totally impressed with the quality of the products and ShelfGeneie's warranties. The drawers are fabulous!I wish I'd done this years ago!

Everything about our experience was very good. From the design appointment to installation, everything went smoothly and without issues.
